SHOPPING MALL EVENT DESIGN
購物商場展覽節目設計

This cross-disciplinary summer program was conceived as a directed experience—co-created by a lifestyle concept store and a Ukrainian wooden mechanical model brand—to stage a clear collision between engineering logic and everyday aesthetics inside a monumental, immersive timber environment.
I designed the exhibition as a walkable narrative system: intricate mechanical models were scaled into architectural installations, turning observation into participation. The journey is choreographed through spatial beats—immersion first, then principle-led understanding, hands-on interaction, and finally personal making—so learning becomes felt, not told.
To deliver impact across every touchpoint, the project is built on an integrated framework that aligns thematic storytelling, a visual identity system, and spatial/circulation design. From concept and content strategy to on-site execution, each layer reinforces one cohesive story—amplifying both the brand’s narrative and the program’s educational value.

本項目以「導演式體驗」為方法,提出一項跨領域暑期教育計劃:由生活選物品牌與烏克蘭木製機械模型品牌共同策劃,在大型木構沉浸空間中,將工程邏輯與日常美學正面對接,讓概念以可感知的方式被理解。
我將展覽設計為可行走的敘事系統:把精密的機械模型放大為建築尺度裝置,讓觀眾從觀看轉為參與。整段體驗以動線節奏精準編排——先進入情境,再導向原理理解,進一步完成實作互動,最後走向個人創作——把「學習」轉化為真正發生的體驗。
為確保每個接觸點都具一致性與落地力,整體以整合性框架推進:主題敘事、視覺識別系統、空間規劃與動線設計同步整合,從概念發展、內容策略到視覺呈現與現場執行皆相互支援,完整放大品牌故事,同時強化其教育價值與公共影響力。

I direct retail concept and spatial design as a brand system—translating strategy into environments with clear intent, consistent identity, and measurable commercial clarity. From customer journey to touchpoint hierarchy, I shape spaces that communicate, convert, and perform.
My process integrates planning logic, high-fidelity visualization, and material/lighting direction to remove ambiguity early—so stakeholders can make faster, higher-confidence decisions. Every iteration is purpose-built to align experience design with operational reality.
Beyond design, I lead cross-functional coordination to keep scope, budget, and execution aligned. The outcome is a cohesive, buildable environment that protects brand equity and delivers impact on site—not just on screen.

我以「設計導演/創意總監」的方式主導零售概念與空間策略:把品牌策略轉譯成可被感知、可被理解、也能被執行的環境系統。從顧客旅程、動線節奏到接觸點層級,我打造的是能清楚傳達、能引導行為、並具商業效能的空間體驗。
我將平面配置分析、空間規劃、材質與燈光方向、以及高擬真視覺化整合為一套「決策框架」:在設計前期就降低不確定性,讓團隊與客戶能更快速、精準地定案,並確保每次迭代都服務於目標,而非僅追求形式。
除設計外,我亦負責專案主導與跨部門協調,將設計意圖、施工可行性、預算與時程統一在同一條線上推進。最終交付的是一個一致、可落地、可營運的零售環境——在現場產生真正的品牌影響力,而不只停留在渲染圖上。
EXPO 2025
2025 世界博覽會

Selected for the official projection mapping program at Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, this piece positions architecture as a cinematic stage. I served as Creative Director—owning the motion concept, narrative structure, and visual choreography—then refined every frame for large-scale facade projection and long-distance legibility.
Built on the theme “Future Green Shade,” I designed a clear narrative arc that moves audiences from immersion to insight: story-led entrances, controlled reveals, and a decisive resolution. The pacing is intentional—each sequence lands like a beat, guiding attention through the space with precision.
The visual language draws a parallel between technological evolution and the organic growth of trees: roots as origins, rings as accumulated knowledge, and a canopy as shared progress. This metaphor becomes a directing system—keeping the message coherent while the visuals scale up to monumental form.
The result is a public, high-impact experience that invites people to imagine a more sustainable and harmonious future—where mobility, tools, and daily systems evolve to serve diverse needs, shaping inclusive environments and adaptive ways of living.

本作品入選 2025 年大阪關西世界博覽會官方投影展演計劃。我以「導演/創意總監」角色統籌動態概念、敘事結構與視覺律動,並針對大型建築立面投影進行畫面層級、對比與可視距的精準優化,讓每一幕都能在公共尺度下成立。
作品以「未來綠色蔭涼」為核心主題,我將故事節奏設計成清晰的情緒弧線:從情境進場、關鍵揭示到收束落點,透過鏡頭感的段落切換與節拍控制,引導觀眾視線與理解在空間中被「導演」。
視覺語言以「科技演進=樹木生長」作為主導隱喻:根系象徵起源,年輪象徵知識累積,樹冠象徵集體進步。這個比喻不只是概念,而是一套可執行的敘事系統,確保內容在放大為巨幅投影後仍保持一致、可讀與有力量。
最終呈現的是一段具公共影響力的沉浸式體驗:在光影與建築的協作下,讓觀眾具體想像更永續、更和諧的未來願景——當交通、工具與日常系統持續演進以回應多元需求,生活環境將更具包容性,也更能適應改變。

This award-winning, patented multifunctional toothbrush is recognized internationally—including the Red Dot Design Award for “Innovative Product.” I positioned it as a complete daily-use system: minimal in form, maximal in function, and engineered for real-world durability.
The design removes electronic complexity to protect reliability and longevity, while pairing recyclable materials with replaceable brush heads to reduce waste over time—turning sustainability into a built-in behavior, not an afterthought.
A signature water-guiding architecture creates a fountain-like flow, eliminating the need for a rinsing cup and streamlining the routine for all ages. Inclusive details—upright standing or hanging storage—extend usability across different bathrooms, users, and habits.
With a secure locking mechanism and a slim profile for deeper cleaning, the product balances safety, performance, and ease of maintenance—delivering a holistic, impact-driven solution through disciplined minimalism and functional innovation.

設計捨棄電子元件,讓結構更純粹、更耐用,同時搭配可回收材料與可替換刷頭,將永續落實為可持續的使用行為——在不改變習慣的前提下,降低資源消耗與長期環境負擔。
其獨特的導水結構使水流如噴泉般流動,無需額外漱口杯即可完成清潔流程,提升便利性與體驗一致性,並適用於不同年齡層。產品亦導入包容性收納情境:可直立放置或懸掛收納,提升可及性與空間彈性。
在工程層面,穩固的鎖定機構與纖細刷頭配置兼顧安全性與深層清潔效率。整體在耐用性、可用性與永續價值之間取得精準平衡,以克制的形式呈現具影響力的功能創新與整體解決方案。
PACKAGING DESIGN

This project reframes recycled cardboard as a designed system—building a modular briefcase that functions as both packaging and product. The intent is clear: reduce material waste while upgrading structure, usability, and on-shelf communication.
I directed the design around disciplined simplification: fewer parts, cleaner geometry, and an optimized assembly logic that improves clarity from display to transport. By tightening the structure and build sequence, the system minimizes material consumption without compromising function.
An integrated handle completes the experience—strengthening portability and everyday usability while keeping the sustainability story honest and tangible. The result is a balanced synthesis of function, user experience, and eco-conscious innovation—delivered through a modular, production-aware form.

我將核心放在結構的克制與流程的清晰:透過零件簡化、幾何整理與組裝邏輯優化,讓展示與運輸的資訊更直觀、操作更一致,同時降低材料使用與資源消耗,在不犧牲功能的前提下提升整體效率。
一體成型的提把結構完成最後的體驗閉環——提升攜帶性與使用便利,並將環保理念落實為可觸摸、可被理解的設計價值。最終交付的是功能、體驗與永續之間的平衡:以模組化、可落地的形式,呈現具影響力的包裝與產品整合方案。
